2009-03-16 18:42:53 For the past several years, Cal Expo has been having serious financial difficulties. A current redevelopment proposal is being promoted by the NBA (National Basketball Assn.), the mayor of Sacramento and some members of the Cal Expo Governing Board. Other local and State Politicians, residents, environmental activists and members of the Cal Expo Board have expressed serious doubts about the NBA proposal.
