Deep. Art. Yoga is a yoga studio located in the Boulevard Park neighborhood of Midtown Sacramento. Deep is a community of people devoted to creativity and wellness. It is a yoga studio that offers healthful exercise, personal transformation, and relaxing meditation through Power Vinyasa and Kundalini Yoga styles. It is also an art lounge that features eclectic works by a variety of local artists, designers, and craftspeople. Deep has art and yoga classes for children and birthing classes for parents. Additionally, Deep hosts workshops on everything from transformational breathing to ayurvedic diets. We offer massages in a variety of techniques, from aromatherapy to Lomi Lomi.
