This is the Midtown Sacramento location of the Java City chain on the corner of 18th and Capitol. The interior is clean and open with decent indoor lighting; some artwork decorates the walls. The available seating varies from tables to comfy sofa chairs to stools along the window bar. There are also a good number of outlets and free wi-fi, making the place a nice place to study.
