I am a third generation Cosmetologist following in the footsteps of my mom and my great grandfather; as well as my grandmother who was a salon owner in the downtown Sacramento area back in the day. It was in that salon that I got my first taste of what was to become my chosen career.

I graduated from Sacramento City College Cosmetology and earned my license in 1998. I soon went to work for one of the most successful franchise salon chains in the United States. It was a wonderful opportunity to learn the business and see exactly why they were so successful. I later worked for three award winning salons in the Sacramento area before finally deciding to branch out on my own. It has been a wonderful experience working with so many talented and successful people. In 2008 I was honored to have a hairstyle (cut, color and style) walk the Red Carpet at the 2008 Emmy Awards!! It was a wonderful experience!
