Sorry David, I'd interpreted the heading "Who's who in Sacramento Wikiland" as meaning that the page was wiki-users... but it dosen't. I checked out daviswiki and saw that theirs included everybody wiki or not. —steadyfrank

People for those who have accounts and use the wiki. There are also public person pages that are not listed anywhere on People. 
sacwiki can choose to do it differently, but there are some good reasons for following the example used by davis. —JasonAller
