Sargent's House of Coffee offers great coffee that is ground daily and French pressed. Other espresso drinks and teas are available, as well. Very cozy atmosphere with friendly staff, comfortable furniture and free wifi.
Sargents Coffee began as a Sacramento coffee kiosk in 2002, and now ships its coffee all over the world. The logo features the profile of one of the owners' grandfather, who was a logger in the Northwest.

2007-08-20 00:39:30 Went there today and had perhaps the best latte I've ever had. At first I thought it was the milk (Clover), but my partner's iced coffee was also excellent. The down side is this cafe's size (very small) and location—in a little strip mall on Alhambra. Their restroom was clean, but barren and industrial a la gas station. But if I need a latte to go, I will definitely go back. Nice staff, too. —robinlaughlin
